Become financially independent - with a job in Switzerland.

In Switzerland, there are various way to look for a job - via job platforms, via the regional employment centre (RAV) or with the support of a job coach.

If you have protection status S: Once you have found a job, you will need a work permit. Your employer must apply to your canton of residence for this. Further useful information on the S status and living and working in Switzerland can be found here.

If you have an F or B permit: You can work anywhere in Switzerland; your employer must notify the relevant cantonal authority.
